1. Refunds

All purchases are final due to the custom nature of our products. As every item is crafted upon order, we are unable to offer refunds. Additionally, contest entries submitted to our sweepstakes agency are immediate and irreversible. As such, adjustments to these entries for our promotional giveaways cannot be made post-submission.

2. Shipping Policy

  • General: Typically, orders are dispatched within 5-10 business days after placement. While our platform might suggest estimated shipping durations, they should be viewed as approximations and not guarantees. Delivery delays can arise from numerous factors such as order volume and stock availability. Rest assured, we will provide tracking information once available.

  • Next Day Shipping: Products marked "Next Day Shipping" will be processed the following business day, but will ship via standard Ground Speed. Kindly note that this does not imply next-day delivery.

  • Limited Edition Items: These exclusive products, made upon order, might necessitate up to 2 weeks for processing.

  • Disclaimer: Deadbend Outfitters and its affiliates are not accountable for any shipping service’s quality or timelines.

3. Address Accuracy and Delivery

We cannot take responsibility for incorrect addresses provided by customers or items stolen post-delivery. Ensure the delivery details are accurate when placing an order. If a package is marked as delivered based on tracking data, any subsequent issues lie with the customer.

4. Return to Sender Orders

In instances where orders are returned due to address inaccuracies, we'll notify you via email. You have a 30-day window to respond. Absence of communication within this period will result in order cancellation.

5. International Orders

Deadbend Outfitters does not cover additional expenses like duties, taxes, or other international customs and shipping fees. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Any orders outside of the United States are also not eligible for the sweepstakes or any giveaway / prizes. 

6. Exchanges
